ADVANCED WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE CLASS

For all those women who have passed the Basic Women’s self defense class we have scheduled an Advanced class starting October 10, 2014. It will be every Friday for 8 weeks from 7-9pm. For those who have not attended the Advanced class before, the cost is $20 for the class. We will be learning more with weapons and defending yourself against multiple attackers. Basic Womens self defense class change

We needed to postpone the class a few weeks so here are the new dates:

When: Every Tuesday
Starting Date: August 20, 2013
Ending Date: September 24, 2013
Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Fees: $20 per person (All checks must be written to: CITY OF OREM)
Includes: Manual, Certification, and lessons

What to wear: Comfortable work out cloths (ie Long sweat pants, t-shirt)

Fees: $20 per person (All checks must be written to: CITY OF OREM) (This is a seperate class from the Basic course, but it also is only a one time fee and then you may attend any future advanced classes free of charge).
